My job is to be fit and I’m really blessed that I get to go and work out and live a really healthy lifestyle.
I do not usually follow a rigid fitness regimen, and most of it depends upon what goals I have in my mind.
Even though I’m not a competitive athlete, I have to still maintain things and try to keep myself fit because I am at that age where I need to make sure to get those regular checkups and make sure everything is in tact.
No one ceases to be a man, no one forfeits his rights to civilization merely by being more or less uncultured, and since the Filipino is regarded as a fit citizen when he is asked to pay taxes or shed his blood to defend the fatherland, why must this fitness be denied him when the question arises of granting him some right?

I like to embrace natural beauty. I try to get at least 8 hours of sleep, drinking a lot of water and exercising.

People talk about physical fitness, but mental health is equally important. I see people suffering, and their families feel a sense of shame about it, which doesn’t help. One needs support and understanding. I am now working on an initiative to create awareness about anxiety and depression and help people.
